How do you decide what's worth doing?
We prioritize what buyers see and smell in the first 60 seconds: walls, ceilings, doors, kitchens, baths, light. Anything that won't influence offers goes on the “skip” list — we'll tell you not to spend.
Can you work directly with my realtor?
Yes — many repair lists come from realtors. We quote from the list, schedule around photography, and send before/after photos when done.
Do you offer home staging in Calgary?
We don't stage homes ourselves — we're the repairs-and-paint crew that gets a home staging-ready. If you're using a Calgary home staging company, we complete their punch list (paint, patches, hardware, touch-ups) and coordinate timing so the stager walks into a finished space.
Do you guarantee a higher sale price?
No one honestly can. What we do is make the home show clean, fresh and cared-for — the condition buyers pay attention to.
