Epoxy Flooring & Garage Floor Coating in Calgary

Stained, dusting, pitted concrete makes a whole garage look neglected — and most coating companies quote $5,000+ for a two-car garage. We grind the floor properly and lay an epoxy or polyaspartic coating that wipes clean, resists oil and road salt, and actually lasts.

Starting at

From $5 / sq ft

Includes diamond-grind prep, crack fill, base coat, topcoat and flake. A typical double garage lands at $2,600–$3,800. Prices exclude 5% GST. Final quote confirmed in writing after a free on-site walkthrough.

FAQ

Good questions

Serving Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere and Rocky View County.

Epoxy or polyaspartic — which should I get?

Polyaspartic cures faster (often park on it next day), handles Calgary's temperature swings and won't yellow in sunlight; epoxy is a lower-cost base that's great indoors. We recommend the right system for your garage at the walkthrough — the price ranges overlap.

How long before I can park on it?

Foot traffic the same or next day; vehicle traffic typically 24–72 hours depending on the system and temperature. We give you exact cure times before we start.

Why do cheap roll-on floors peel?

Adhesion is everything. A one-day roll-on kit skips the grind, so it lifts the first winter. We diamond-grind the concrete first — that mechanical bond is why a proper coating lasts years, not months.

Does it hold up in a cold, unheated Calgary garage?

Yes — a polyaspartic system flexes with temperature swings and resists hot tires, road salt and freeze-thaw. We'll steer you to poly over standard epoxy for an unheated detached garage.
