Why is subfloor prep an “allowance”?
Nobody can see under your old floor until it's out. We quote a per-sq-ft allowance upfront, show you the actual condition after tear-out, and you approve any prep before it happens.
Should I buy the flooring myself?
Either works. We can supply materials at cost with receipts, or install what you've bought. We'll tell you how much to order including waste.
Do you do small areas?
Yes — one room is a fine job for us. Small areas are priced by the visit rather than purely per square foot.
